Progea wins the 2016 ‘Automation beyond the factory’ Award
Once again, Progea is among the winners of the Industrial Automation magazine’s sixth edition of the 2016 Award. Twenty-six projects were submitted by automation solution providers, system integrators, engineering companies, machine builders and end users for the 2016 Industrial Automation Award. An initiative promoted by the Industrial Automation magazine to award real cases of innovative automation solutions. Four categories were presented for the 2016 award: Food Industry, Other Industry Sectors, Utility and Automation beyond the factory (i.e. non-traditional industrial and process sectors). Progea won the ‘Automation beyond the factory’ category by presenting a project that was developed in Poland by AB-Micro to manage a road tunnel running beneath the city of Lodz in Poland.
